Just what I needed to pass

I used this study guide because it was focused on the information I needed. It provided a synopsis of the essential material. This booklet helped me identify the topics I was unfamiliar with, and I did use the internet to further research those topics. The guide was readable and organized in a manner that helped me understand and retain the information. I passed the test with a score well above Pennsylvania's required minimum. I do recommend this study guide.

Topics not quite right

This book was ok. The questions don't match the information that is provided in the study guide part. For example if the study guide touches on the how to keep foods from cross contamination, then the quiz area doesn't ask a question about it. Its the same the other way around. I thought this was odd. You need to be able to test yourself on what you are learning. There were secrets involved. Learn the information and pass the test. I had a few text books from the school that helped me much more.
