تبدأ قصتي مع كتابة هذه المجموعة القصصية منذ عام 2002م وتحديدا بعد نشر مقال ساخر لي في جريدة المدينة بعنوان علم المطبولوجي، عندها شجعني الكثير من الأصدقاء آنذاك بتجربة كتابة القصص الساخرة فكانت أول قصة قصة صدقة وقمت بعرضها على كثير ممن أثق في رأيهم الأدبي وخصوصا أن الحوار فيها باللهجة الحجازية فلاقت بحمد الله إستحسانهم مما شجعني لكتابة أربع قصص قصيرة أخرى ضمن إصدار بالبلدي الفصيح
